Questions buyers ask before ordering
What is your MOQ for PP food containers?
Stock designs in standard colours start from 10,000 pieces per SKU (about one pallet). Custom colours start from 30,000 pieces; IML or UV-printed designs from 50,000 pieces. Mixed SKUs can be combined to fill a container.
Are your containers microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe?
Yes. All containers are molded from food-grade polypropylene (PP) rated from -5 °C to 110 °C. They can be used in microwaves without the lid locked, stored in freezers and washed in dishwashers (thickened and safety-lock series are designed for repeated use).
What certificates and tests can you provide?
EU food-contact test reports to Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and (EU) No 10/2011 — overall migration, 19 heavy metals, primary aromatic amines, phthalates, PAHs, BPA and formaldehyde all PASS. We hold a national production license, registered trademark and design patents. FDA or LFGB tests can be arranged per order.
How long do samples and production take?
Stock samples ship in 5–7 days by courier. Production of stock items takes 7–15 days; printed or custom-colour orders 20–30 days after artwork approval. New moulds take 25–35 days for sampling.
Can you print our logo or match a competitor's container?
Yes. We offer IML in-mould labeling, UV flat printing and curved-surface printing. Send a sample, drawing or photo and we will quote the closest existing design or develop a new mould for an exclusive product.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
T/T 30% deposit with balance before shipment, L/C for larger orders. We ship FOB Shantou / Shenzhen, CIF or DDP by sea, and by air or courier for samples.
