Reading the table
11–12.5 g (PF-RW300/450) — thin round bowls, correct for cold sides, salads, desserts. Not for hot liquid.
17–22 g (PF-SQ500/RG500) — the general-purpose band. Dry or semi-dry food, delivery, single trip. SQ500 loads 21% more per container than RG500 at the same capacity, because 300 sets fit per carton instead of 150.
24.5–32 g (PF-L500/522) — hot fill and re-closure. PF-522 at 32 g is the safety-lock version; the lid locks mechanically, which is what you need when the container carries sauce.
