Which shipping methods do you offer?
We offer FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Shipping is available by sea (FCL/LCL), air freight, rail to Europe, and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples.
What are typical lead times?
- Samples: 5–7 days for stock designs, 25–35 days for new moulds
- Production: 7–15 days for stock items, 20–30 days for printed or custom-colour orders
- Sea freight: 15–35 days depending on destination
- Air / express: 3–7 days
Which ports do you ship from?
Our production base is in Guangdong, China. We normally ship from Shantou or Shenzhen (Yantian / Shekou) for consolidated loads.
How many containers fit in a 40HQ?
Roughly 250,000–400,000 disposable lunch boxes or 150,000–200,000 thickened safety-lock boxes, depending on size. Lids nest inside bodies to save volume; we send a loading plan with every quotation.
Orders & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock designs in standard colours start from 10,000 pieces per SKU (about one pallet). Custom colours from 30,000 pieces; IML or UV-printed designs from 50,000 pieces. Mixed SKUs can be combined to fill a container.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Stock samples are free; you cover courier cost, which is credited against your first order. Printed samples carry a small artwork fee that is also credited on bulk order.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, balance before shipment), L/C at sight for larger orders, and PayPal or credit card for sample payments. Alibaba Trade Assurance is also available.
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes. Full OEM and ODM service: IML or UV printed logo on lids and bodies, custom Pantone colours, exclusive shapes with new moulds, and retail packaging with your artwork and barcodes.
Products & Quality
What material do you use?
100% food-grade virgin polypropylene (PP, recycling code 5), BPA-free. We do not use recycled resin in food-contact parts.
Are your containers microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our PP is rated from -5 °C to 110 °C. Containers can be microwaved with the lid vented or removed, stored in freezers and washed in dishwashers; thickened and safety-lock series are designed for repeated use.
What certifications and test reports do you have?
EU food-contact test reports to Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and (EU) No 10/2011: report XNO250916371GX2-1 (Guangzhou Supreme Testing, model C650 — sensory, colour migration, 19 heavy metals, overall migration, PAAs, phthalates, PAHs, BPA, formaldehyde, all PASS) and report S250918028001-2B (Soar Testing, models C500 / C650). We also hold a national production license, registered trademark and design patents. FDA / LFGB tests can be arranged per order.
Are the lids leak-proof?
Safety-lock bowls and boxes use four-point locking lids tested by water-fill and inversion; they are suitable for soups and sauces in delivery. Disposable snap-lid containers are leak-resistant for solid and semi-solid foods.
How do I handle a quality issue?
Contact us with photos, quantities and order details. We investigate against retained production samples and offer replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.
