Process

From PP pellet to finished container

Resin & Colour

Food-grade virgin PP pellets with supplier certificates are dried and dosed with colour masterbatch.

Injection Molding

Multi-cavity steel moulds on 50+ machines mold bodies and lids in cycles of a few seconds.

Decoration

IML labels placed by robot before injection, or UV flat / curved-surface printing after molding.

QC & Packing

Weight, dimension, leak and lid-fit checks, then counting, cartoning and palletising for export.

Our factory in Guangdong, China brings the complete PP food container process under one roof: resin and masterbatch control, injection moulding on 50+ machines, IML in-mould labeling and UV printing, inspection and packing. Controlling every step keeps wall thickness, lid fit and colour consistent from the first sample to repeat container orders.

We use virgin food-grade polypropylene and verify each batch with incoming inspection; finished containers are tested to EU (EC) No 1935/2004 and (EU) No 10/2011 for overall migration, heavy metals and BPA.

Production Process

Resin & Colour: Food-grade PP pellets blended with FDA/EU-compliant masterbatch, dried and fed automatically to the presses.
Injection Moulding: High-speed thin-wall moulding of bodies and lids, with in-line robots and conveyors.
Decoration: IML labels placed by robot before each shot, or UV printing on flat and curved surfaces after moulding.
QC & Packing: Lid-fit, leak, drop and microwave tests on every batch; cartons packed, labelled and palletised for export.

Quality control process

Every container passes through defined inspection checkpoints before it leaves our warehouse.

Incoming Material Inspection

Resin certificates checked and melt-flow verified so the food-grade PP you pay for is the PP in the container.

In-Process Control

First-article approval per mould, then hourly sampling of piece weight, dimensions, lid fit and appearance on every production lot.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

AQL 2.5 sampling for leaks, lid function, print quality, packaging and labeling. Third-party SGS / BV inspection welcome.
