You do. The mould cost is paid once (often refundable against volume), the mould stays at our production base for your orders only, and we maintain it free of charge.
Yes. Stock-colour models can be mixed to fill a 20' or 40' container, and we can split one carton size across models for distributors.
All masterbatches are FDA / EU 10/2011 compliant and each colour is covered by a migration test report, which we supply with the declaration of compliance.
In-line camera inspection for IML position, colour check against the approved sample under D65 light, plus leak, drop and microwave tests on every batch before packing.
Trial orders in stock colours from 10,000 pcs ship by LCL; DDP to major EU, US, Middle East and Southeast Asian destinations is available through our forwarders.
